Body sculpting, Weight training, Cardio Training (HIIT, HIRT, TABATA), Weight loss, Weight gain. I want to help all my ladies reach their goals and aspirations. All this comes with lots of hard work and great laughs!

I want to share my love, belief and passion of health and fitness with women who want to make some positive life changes!

 

Choosing to exercise is choosing to personally invest in your own wellbeing. Women give so much to others, but committing to a healthy, fit lifestyle is something you can give yourself.

WHY A GROUP INSTRUCTOR/PT FOR LADIES

It took me many years to realise that assisting ladies reach their fitness & health goals and aspirations was my calling as I've always had such a love and passion for health and fitness and for helping others and finally at the age of 50 I decided to pursue my Cert III & IV in Fitness. I now pass on all my love, passion, knowledge and expertise to fellow ladies and absolutely love what I do.

I cannot express the benefits of exercising, a few that immediately come to mind are:
