I want to share my love, belief and passion of health and fitness with women who want to make some positive life changes!

 

Choosing to exercise is choosing to personally invest in your own wellbeing. Women give so much to others, but committing to a healthy, fit lifestyle is something you can give yourself.

A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY

Born in Cape Town, South Africa. Upon meeting a fellow South African who happened to be into weight training, lured me into a gym for the first time at the age of 22. I immediately fell in love with health and fitness and six months later I entered into my first body sculpting competition and placed 2nd in my weight category. Wow this was such an achievement to me that I pursued this wonderful way of expressing myself on stage and overtime ended up with eight cups.

 

At the age of 25, I decided to explore the world, ending up in New Zealand for 14 years and finally layed my hat in Australia (12 years now) - and have never stopped exercising.

 

 

I cannot express the benefits of exercising, a few that immediately come to mind are:

 

  • Decreases your osteoporosis risk.

  • Prevents muscle loss.

  • Reduces stress, depression and anxiety.

  • Enhances mental performance and work productivity.

  • Improves your sex life

WHY A PERSONAL TRAINER

It took me many years to realise that Personal Training was my calling as I've always had such a love and passion for health and fitness and for helping others and finally at the age of 50 I decided to pursue my Cert III & IV in Fitness. I now pass on all my love, passion, knowledge and expertise to fellow ladies and aboslutely love what I do.
