  • Circuit Training Classes for Ladies of all Fitness Levels.

  • A fun time to meetlike minded ladies, work hard and burn those calories.

  • Easier forms of all exercises given.

SENIORS EXERCISE CLASS

  • I run this class every Friday morning at 9.00am through the 60 & Better Organisation

  • Consists of Aerobic and Strength Exercises.

  • Lots of fun and chitter chatter, with some hard work thrown in.
