I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with her, she gives me a kick up the bum when I need it and makes sure I am on track to achieving my goals!
Being a trainer myself I was searching for a coach who wouldn't lose interest in my goals and dreams and become complacent with just giving me session after session.. No hazel makes sure we are on track and that my goals are just as important to her as they are to me.

After having a baby at 40 years of age even though I continued to exercise consistently throughout and after my pregnancy I just wasn't getting the results or the motivation that I was looking for. I started looking for a personal trainer as I had been to one many years before with great results however I didn't want just any trainer, I wanted someone that worked with women particularly in my stage of life, someone that would understand me and my body, and then luckily I found Hazel. In just 12 short weeks I have noticed many changes from the tone in my body ( I now even have a waist) to my increased fitness. Hazel keeps me motivated, she encourages me into wanting to work harder, and there are exercises that I am doing now that I would never have dreamed that I could do 3 months ago. Hazel is the perfect combination of tough (“Push it, I want it to burn like never before”) and encouraging (“Excellent job, so proud of you”). I never thought I would look forward to working out but Hazel makes every session fun, exciting and most importantly different. She takes the time to get to know you, creates sessions that will work parts of your body you didn’t even know existed and how to do each exercise properly.
